S/he will oversee multiple livestock value chains activities including livestock production, processing, value-addition and policy reform. The Chief of Party will provide leadership to the program and effectively manage all financial and administrative aspects of a USAID project. S/he will manage all national and international staff and will oversee reporting on program results and monitoring and evaluation is done to donor and headquarters standards.
