Health Poverty Action has been working in Somaliland since 1994 and is currently implementing integrated sexual, reproductive, maternal, and child health projects in Hargeisa and Sahil, with donors including EC, DFID/PSI, WFP, and UNICEF with more in the pipeline. The Sahil Programme Manager will be responsible to manage the EPHS pilot Programme in Sahil, the EC Non-State Actor project, the WFP and UNICEF work in Sahil and any other project in the same target area.
