Background Tanzania Bankers Association (TBA) is an Association of banks and financial institutions licensed by the Bank of Tanzania to carryon banking business in Tanzania. Currently the Association is comprised of forty banks and financial institutions. We are urgently seeking to recruit a young and self-motivated Economist to conduct research and carry out analysis on issues relating to banking business to enable the Tanzanian Bankers Association members to make informed decisions.
